Slow down, soften, and settle into Sunday evening.
Join Christina Elena McHugh, Yogic Cowgirl™, for Candlelight Yin Yoga inside the historic Bunkhouse at Rancho de los Caballeros. Gentle, longer-held stretches, supportive props, and mindful breathing invite you to release tension and listen to your body in the warm glow of candlelight.
Every class finishes with a mini sound bath, giving you time to rest and let the evening’s practice settle.
All levels welcome. Mats and props are provided—simply arrive ready to unwind.
